Hobby Sites: The cost for the first page designed is $100.00 US, as the initial design is the most difficult and time consuming task. Each standard additional page with up to 3 photos per page is only $40.00 US, thereafter. Business Sites: Price is based on your business needs. Contact us for more information, Why we charge by the page for Web design and layout Creating customized layout and graphics is a process that involves a high amount of artistic ability and creativity. The amount of time that it takes to design a new project can vary greatly depending on the knowledge the designer has about your industry, available resources, and even the creative mood of the designer. Most Web Designers charge anywhere from $75 - $125/an hour for Web design services. Fall Hollow Design charges by the page because: it takes the guess work out of the final cost of the project - there are no surprises when you receive the final invoice. you pay a predefined amount regardless of the time the designer spends on the project. |
| What's included in the page rate?
Complete customized design and layout of your Web site Includes initial rough draft and unlimited revisions (up until final approval). By offering unlimited revisions, we can guarantee you will be thrilled with the final product. (A final approval is required before we begin to add content to the pages). Certain Javascript programming such as: navigation buttons similar to the menu found on this page, buttons that change when the mouse moves over them, etc. pop-up windows Other Javascripting customized to your needs. Addition of company logo and any pictures that you provide. Cross-browser compatibility. Your Web site will display and function properly in: Internet Explorer Netscape Navigator Opera Unlimited Links. Upload of the completed Web site to the Web. |
| What's NOT included in the page rate?
Domain Name Registration While we do recommend registering for your own domain name, i.e. www.google.com, we will upload your site to a free website service, Yahoo! Geocities. We do offer to do the legwork of registering your domain name as a complimentary service but the actual cost of the registration is NOT included in the page rate. Hosting Fees Hosting is like a little home on the Internet that you buy or rent as a place for your Web site and domain name to reside. This fee averages $120 per year depending on the host. |

| A logo is the unique identity and personality of your company. It is about being remembered and leaving a lasting visual impression. We take great care to ensure that your companys personality and style is evident in every detail of your logo. Each logo package includes files optimized for the Web and we provide a high resolution copy for use in print. Costs: Our Basic Logo Package includes the files mentioned above, designed to meet your unique needs and optimized for print as well as for the Web. Our cost for a Basic Logo Design is $50 US. Logo Design Process Each logo design is custom tailored for your needs. All artwork is then created entirely for you, unless otherwise requested, to help insure the unique impact of your identity. We then modify your design free of charge until you are fully satisfied. After approval of your final design your files will be zipped, or compressed, and sent to you by e-mail or be made available for download. Contact us and we will send you a Logo Design Questionaire to help us assess your needs and desires regarding your new logo. |
